Poor Charlene, this is a heavy cuffing. A double waistchain is locked very tight around her waist, with two pairs of handcuffs padlocked to the sides. This means she will be in double security restraints with two handcuffs on each wrist and a double wrapped waistchain! Tight and secure restraints on our short skirted girl from Holland.
