Bombshell Chloe Welsh is the next UK glamour girl we wanted to cuff. We want to cuff them all! They are in all the magazines in the UK and there are so many we can’t even keep up with cuffing all of them! Chloe was a lot of fun to cuff, she is a good sport and she loves shoots that are different. Great, because we want to get her back for more cuffing fun, she looks amazing! Chloe Welsh is a tiny model from the UK. She asked if she could try a handcuff shoot but she was a bit scared we would get big and heavy cuffs for her, as she is very petite. We surprised her by giving her two small bracelets. Chloe would gladly wear them, she did not even think they were handcuffs. Then we surprised her even more by locking the bracelets together! There was absolutely no way for her to get out and Chloe was amazed such small items could make her totally helpless.
